DNA/RNA pull down

DNA/RNA pull down is a technique to obtain DNA/RNA binding transcriptional regulatory proteins. Firstly, DNA/RNA pull down probe containing desulfurized biotin was bound to streptavidin beads, and then DNA/RNA beads was incubated with cell lysate, so that DNA/RNA binding proteins were adsorbed on beads together. After washing the unbound protein, the DNA/RNA binding protein was eluted from beads with eluent to obtain DNA/RNA pull-down product. DNA/RNA protein complexes can be used to detect known proteins by western blot or to identify unknown proteins by mass spectrometry.

DNA/RNA pull down

DNA/RNA pull down technology application:

Service advantages:

1. We provide all-round guidance for the overall project around DNA/RNA binding protein, including upstream and downstream experimental design and multi method validation of binding protein, etc;

2. We have our own proteomics platform, which can control the mass spectrometry identification of DNA/RNA pull-down products, and has unique insights on the subsequent bioinformatics analysis;

3. The technical support will be maintained until the customer publishes the article to ensure that the customer can safely carry out the downstream experiment and contribute.

Based on DNA/RNA pull-down technology, Profacgen can help clients to verify or screen the interaction proteins of target RNA or DNA, such as verifying or searching for transcription factors of specific genes. If you are interested in our DNA/RNA pull-down service, Profacgen looks forward to cooperating with you.
