Product description
Sucrose, glucose, and fructose are found in most plants, fruits, and foods. Sucrose and fructose are converted to glucose under the action of specific enzymes, and glucose is then reduced to NADPH by enzymes such as hexokinase. By detecting the increase in NADPH at 340nm, the content of sucrose, glucose, and fructose can be calculated.
