Product description
Soil N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG, EC 3.2.1.52) is an acidic hydrolase enzyme in lysosomes, secreted by soil microorganisms, and its activity changes are closely related to certain pathological states of the organism. Soil N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (S-NAG) breaks down 4-nitrophenyl-β-N-acetylglucosamine to produce p-nitrophenol (PNP), and the increase rate of this product at 405nm is detected to calculate the S-NAG activity.
