PRODUCT INFORMATION

Cat.No.

Product description
Plants absorb phosphorus mainly in the form of H2PO4-. Therefore, the content of available phosphorus in the soil is a means of evaluating the soil's ability to supply phosphorus to crops, which has direct guidance for fertilization. This kit uses a molybdate-antimony mixed color reagent to reduce available phosphorus in the soil, turning the yellow molybdate-antimony into phosphomolybdenum blue, and the absorbance value at 700nm is proportional to the content of available phosphorus in the soil.
