Product description
Amylases in soil mainly come from microorganisms and are an important type of enzyme preparation. Amylases can hydrolyze starch to produce reducing sugars. This kit uses the reaction of 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid with the final product of reducing sugars to form a brown-red substance, which has a characteristic absorption peak at 540nm, thereby obtaining the activity of soil amylases.
