Measured by its ability to bind recombinant mouse CD155/PVR. Immobilized recombinant mouse CD155/PVR at 1 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind recombinant mouse CD226/DNAM-1 with a linear range of 0.78-100 ng/ml.
Molecular Mass
Recombinant Mouse DNAM1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer consists of 484 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 55 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rm DNAM1/Fc monomer migRates with an apparent molecular mass of 70-80 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
