Molecular Mass
Recombinant Human CD97/Fc chimera is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 619 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 68.2 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh CD97/Fc monomer is approximately 100-110 kDa due to glycosylation.
