Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH8.0, 5% Trehalose.
Molecular Mass
The recombinant extracellular sequence of human BMPR1A consists of 129 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 14.2KDa. It migrates as an approximately 21kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20 to -80 centigrade. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 1ml sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer to a concentration of 0.5mg/ml of BMPR-IA. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots containing 20% glycerol or 0.1% BSA and stored at -20°C to -70°C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.
