Pull-down Kit - GST pull-down Kit (HZKIT009)

The GST Pull-Down assay capitalizes on the affinity between GST (Glutathione S-transferase) and Glutathione (GSH). In this experiment, the target protein X, which is fused with a GST tag, is expressed. If protein Y has the capacity to bind with protein X, then after incubation with GSH immobilized on magnetic beads, the protein X-protein Y complex can be enriched and subsequently eluted. Protein Y is then isolated and subjected to mass spectrometry (MS) for identification.
