Product description
Phospholipid acid phosphatase, also known as phosphorylase phosphatase (EC 3.1.3.17, PPase), is a type of phosphatase that plays an important role in lipid synthesis signaling, and its activity is significant for increasing oil content, which can be used as a biochemical indicator for breeding high oil content varieties. This kit utilizes phospholipid acid phosphatase (PPase) to catalyze the decomposition of β-glycerophosphate to produce inorganic phosphorus molecules, and the increase rate of inorganic phosphorus is measured by the phosphorus determination reagent to determine the activity of phospholipid acid phosphatase (PPase).
