PRODUCT INFORMATION

Cat.No.
FASAP-K029S
Method
Spectrophotometry
Product size
24T
Product description
Phosphodiesterases (PDEs) (EC 3.1.4.1) are a class of phosphohydrolases that can hydrolyze cyclic adenosine monophosphate and cyclic guanosine monophosphate, etc. This kit provides a simple, sensitive, and rapid detection method. The substrate bis(4-nitrophenyl) phosphate (BNPP) is catalyzed to decompose and generate the yellow product PNP, which has the maximum absorption peak at 405nm. By detecting the increase rate of PNP at 405nm, the activity of phosphodiesterase (PDEs) can be determined.
Additional Materials and Equipments Required
Visible spectrophotometer, 1mL glass cuvette (optical path 1cm), pipette, balance, low-temperature centrifuge.
