Product description
Fructose 1,6-bisphosphate (FDP) is an intermediate in glycolysis and has the function of regulating the activity of some enzymes in sugar metabolism. It is a molecular-level drug for restoring and improving cell metabolism, widely used in the pharmaceutical, health, and beauty industries. This kit provides a simple, sensitive, and rapid method for determination: FDP is converted into two molecules of dihydroxyacetone phosphate (DAP) under the action of aldolase (ALD) and triose phosphate isomerase (TIM), and DAP can oxidize NADH under the action of 3-phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase (GDH). By detecting the decrease of NADH at 340nm, the content of FDP can be calculated.
