Product description
This kit provides a quantitative, rapid, simple, and sensitive method for detecting D-mannose-6-phosphate (M6P) content. D-mannose-6-phosphate is converted into fructose-6-phosphate under the action of phosphomannose isomerase, and fructose-6-phosphate, under the action of an enzyme complex including phosphoglucose isomerase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, converts NADP+ into NADPH. By detecting the increase of NADPH at 340nm, the content of D-mannose-6-phosphate (M6P) is calculated.
