Product description
D-Galactose is decomposed under the action of a composite enzyme containing galactose dehydrogenase, simultaneously reducing NAD+ to NADH. By detecting the increase in NADH at 340nm, the content of D-Galactose can be calculated.
Additional Materials and Equipments Required
UV spectrophotometer, 1mL quartz cuvette (light path 1cm), centrifuge, pipette, mortar and pestle, and distilled water.
