Chlorophyll content is an important physiological indicator in the growth process of plants. It is sensitive to the surrounding environment and closely related to photosynthesis and nutrient absorption in plants, making it a routine measurement indicator for plant growth. Based on the absorption of the visible spectrum by the chlorophyll extract, the absorbance of the chlorophyll extract is measured at 649nm and 665nm, and empirical formulas are used to calculate the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and total chlorophyll in the sample.
