Product description
Aryl-acylamidase (EC 3.5.1.3) is widely present in animals, plants, and microorganisms, capable of hydrolyzing compounds with amide groups, and is one of the important hydrolases for pesticides and other xenobiotics in living organisms. This kit uses aryl-acylamidase to hydrolyze substrates to produce p-nitroaniline, which has a maximum absorption peak at 405nm. By detecting the increase rate of the generated product p-nitroaniline at 405nm, the enzyme activity can be determined.
Additional Materials and Equipments Required
