Product description
Acetyl esterase (EC 3.1.1.6, AE) has been proven to be a key enzyme in eliminating phenolic lignin such as ferulic acid in feed cell walls. It can work synergistically with other cell wall degradation enzymes to promote the degradation of feed and other cell walls.
