Product description
α-L-Rhamnosidase (α-L-rhamnosidase, EC 3.2.1.40) is a hydrolase that can hydrolyze common flavonoid glycosides in people's daily diet. This enzyme is widely distributed in bacteria and fungi in nature and has many potential industrial applications. This kit uses p-nitrophenyl-α-L-rhamnoside (PNPR) as a substrate, generating yellow p-nitrophenol (PNP), which has a maximum absorption peak at 405nm. By detecting the increase rate of PNP at 405nm, the activity of α-L-rhamnosidase can be determined.
