Recombinant Cynomolgus CD3D&CD3E Protein(Fc-His & Fc-Flag tag) (CH0279CL)

Recombinant Cynomolgus CD3D Protein (Q95LI8) extracellular domain (Met 1-Ala 105) with the flag-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; Recombinant Cynomolgus CD3E Protein (Q95LI5) extracellular domain (Met 1-Asp 117) with the C-terminal his-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the Cynomolgus CD3D&CD3E heterodimer was purified.

Background
T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 delta & CD3 epsilon chain, also known as CD3D & CD3E or CD3D&CD3E respectively, are single-pass type I membrane proteins. CD3D, together with CD3- epsilon(CD3E) , CD3-gamma and CD3-zeta, and the T-cell receptor alpha/beta and gamma/delta heterodimers, forms the T cell receptor-CD3 complex. T cell receptor-CD3 complex plays an important role in coupling antigen recognition to several intracellular signal-transduction pathways.
